1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, or tags (if applicable)
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable pet treats or food
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened grooming or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We may request photos or videos to help us verify the issue.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
If the order has shipped, you may request a return following the standard return policy.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide the following to speed up the process:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item was defective
In such cases, PrimeNest Market will cover the return shipping cost.
